In-Store Purchases

Merchandise bought may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days of purchase provided it is in its original condition, unworn with tags and is accompanied by the receipt. Sale items, bathing suits and other intimate garments, personal care items, gift cards and food are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Web Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, isobel & cleo will gladly issue an exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of the shipping date.

All merchandise must be returned in unworn condition with original tags attached. If you are sending back merchandise for a refund, isobel & cleo will credit your account within 7 days of receipt less any shipping costs. All refunds will be given in the original pay method and we will notify you by email when your return is processed.

Additionally, our Nantucket store will gladly accept your Web Return. Sale items, bathing suits and other intimate garments, personal care items, gift cards, and food may not be exchanged or returned.

To return an item(s), please download and print our Return Authorization (RA) slip here. Merchandise received without a Return Authorization will be subject to a $20 restocking fee. Please include the RA slip in your return package and send to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you are returning any item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

The time it may take for your products to reach you will vary depending on where you live. Bear in mind we live on an island 30 miles out to sea and very often it takes an extra day for purchases to arrive.
