Where does your yarn come from?

We like to work directly with the mills that make our yarns so our yarn comes from all over the world! Depending on what fiber we need or what design we are using it for we work hard to source interesting and unusual yarns. We also strive to use ethical and sustainable yarns and support American yarn companies whenever possible.

What is your return policy?

We are happy when you are happy! If you would like to return a product, isobel & cleo will gladly issue an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the shipping date. All merchandise must be returned in unworn condition with original tags attached. Knit to order/custom pieces, beauty & hygiene products, swimsuits and sale items are final sale.

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Return/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We try our darndest to ship orders out within 48 hours (business days) from when the order is placed. During sale periods orders will be sent within 5 business days (not including public holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service and a signature is required upon delivery. We ship to most countries and accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or US territories.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total". Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
